Kesari Tours Private Limited - Refund not issued harassing me

Hi,

I had booked a tour package H*******/* dalhousie-dharamshala-amritsar, tour starting ex-Amritsar. * weeks before tour i was diagnosed for kidney issue and had to be operated immediately. I provided valid medical documents to kesari. They said they will cancel for * members (me, my parents) but my sister and neice (* members) had to still continue with the tour starting ** dec ****.

I agreed for the same. But after thr tour was done, i have been following up for * months to get my refund of *.** lacs against *.** lacs paid amount, even visited their office on FC road Pune, met Mdm. sheetal, and my account manager shraddha. I was sent back with promise of refund or adjust against upcoming tour to be taken in a year. Till date, no further update from them and when i call to followup, they either dont receive or say my contact person sheetal is on leave or busy attending other customers, etc. There are multiple people on their job but all have same answer. They are absconding from paying money back. According to tourism rules,, i am very much eligible to receive my refund based on medical emergency grounds, and having notified them well in advance before start of tour. Kindly help me get money back and stop this lawless harassment from kesari tours pvt ltd.
