My travel to char dhama yatra was scheduled on **st May ****. Due to covid situation, Kesari ensured that they will inform by June end on the status and refund.
By July ****, they cancelled the tour, refused to refund the full advance. When tried many times they have asked more **,*** INR for Rescheduling which is not our fault. As the cancellation was from company, how consumer is responsible and should be paid full refund amount. Even no one from Kesari tried to contact us and this information is received when tried multiple times.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
