Did pay for ACT Fibernet for * month plan of **** rupees with *** per month each. And did want to change address within a week and registered for address change for amount *** rupees on June ** and they did give time up to July * for this process. Didn't relocate my connection until yet. Am a software employee working from home and customer care not responding, technicians were not coming for connection. Either i need my money back or want my connection instantly.
