HELLO I AM FROM BAGGSPACE BAG HOUSE, REGISTERED SELLER WITH MEESHO.
SO SINCE LAST * DAYS MY **-** ORDERS WERE CANCELLED ONLY BECAUSE SHADOWFAX PICKUP BOYS, ARE IGNORING MY PICKUPS. MY AVERAGE ORDERS PERDAY ARE **-**, WHICH DIVIDED AUTOMATICALLY IN * COURIER PARTNERS, ECOM,XPRESS BEES, DEHIVERY AND SHADOWFAX. THEREFORE EASILY *-* ORDERS SHADOWFAX GETS AUTOMATICALLY. MEANS IN LAST * DAYS EASILY ** ORDERS. OUT OF WHICH THY ONLY HAVE PICKED *-* PACKETS. THERE FIRST REASON WAS FOR NOT PICKING PARCELS WAS IS THAT THEY WERE SAYING WE CANNOT PICK BIG PARCELS. ONLY SMALL. FOR WHICH I HAD ALREADY FILED SEVERAL COMPLAINT AT MEESHO. BUT SINCE LAST FEW DAYS THEY ARE NOT PICKING ANY SMALL PARCELS. MOST OF THE ORDERS ARE PREPAID. THEREFORE YOU CAN UNDERSTAND HOW MUCH LOSS IN TERMS OF MONEY, BUT I AM ALSO LOSING ORDERS QUANTITY SINCE IM NOT DISPATCHING SHADOWFAX ORDERS. MEANS IT IS IMPACTING MY SELLER ACCOUNT ON MEESHO. SO ITS NOT JUST LOSS FROM ORDERS NOT PICKED UP BY SHADOWFAX BUT ALSO DUE TO THIS IM GETTING LESSER ORDERS BECAUSE OF PREVIOUS ORDERS WHICH GOT BREACHED BECAUSE OF SHADOWFAX, MEANS AUTOMATICALLY MY PERFORMANCE ON MEESHO IS BEEN IMPACTED. I NEED STRICT ACTION ON THIS. I NEED DISIMBURSMENT ON MY CURRENT LOSSES AND ALSO ORDERS PICKUPS FROM MY REGISTERED ADDRESS.
