On **th Jan'** I checked-in into a homestay by name Navyya's Homestay in hampi via Clear Trip. We noticed on our arrival that neither TV nor the WiFi is working. We had requested to get them sorted but it never happened. The rooms weren't cleaned in any of those * days we stayed there. The pool had various dead organisms and what not floating over it which was seldom paid heed to even after repeated requests. When I contacted Clear Trip, they turned a blind eye towards it saying it's not their problem but the hotel's. I had booked via Clear Trip so that i'm assured of these basic services and they themselves decided to not tend to their customers. Rs **,*** is a huge amount, and I receive services not even worth Rs *,***. I need my refund asap!
