I am unable to use my Airtel internet for * week and unable to reach Airtel in any means to get my issue addressed. Initially they entered wrong emailid in their system and I didn’t receive my bill I had to pay late fees twice for no reason. Still after multiple attempts through their app it’s still not updated. I am trying to teach their customer service number ***/***, ultimately it boils down to Airtel Thanks app and was never to speak to their customer service to lodge complaint, couldn’t even register a call with Airtel by sending email as it doesn’t recognise my emailid. Really frustrated with such a horrible customer service with such a big name. Having issue with my datacard number **********.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
