Unacceptable Service Experience: Delayed Delivery and Harassment by OLA
I'm writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the services I paid for, which I've yet to receive despite repeated follow-ups over several months. Despite paying in full and purchasing a care package for future services, they've continued to drag this matter, causing significant mental distress and financial hardships
What's most egregious is that I've been subjected to relentless harassment, both mentally and financially, despite fulfilling all payment obligations. This includes being regularly denied service at outlets for lack of manpower, parts , space and not picking up the vehicle even after reporting that the vehicle needs emergency assistance .
Furthermore, I had purchased a care package for future services and even booked tickets, demonstrating my commitment to continuing our relationship. However, the company's actions have made it clear that I can no longer trust the company to deliver on its promises.
