I was subscribed to Rs *** in the month of sept **** which gives me ** days validity but i was not able to use the above pack due to techinical difficulty withbairtel until the validity of pack was over on **th NOV ****
I have been writing to airtel since september **** for the resolution but they have failed to resolve the issue.
Finally i had to port out of airtel on **nd NOV ****
Therefore I want airtel to refund Rs *** immediately as I was not able to use *g internet during the pack period and my pack was wasted.
