MOHAMMAD Gishan Khan filed complaint against Kent Ro Systems on Jun 7, 2019
I had purchased a brand new Kent Grand Plus on **th February ****. This machine has been repaired * times in the last * and a half months. While reporting to the service centre I am getting communal threats from them. During the last conversation with Mr.Sumit in Noida Head Office, he had assured me that if this machine goes out of order again then it will be replaced. But I am not getting any reply from their head office. I would request you to look into the matter and resolve it. I can provide the bill once it is required.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
