Kent Ro Systems - Pathetic service and intrained service team

Hi ,
I have been using Kent RO since last ** years.
I ahve taken AMC **** and also paid **** recently for reinstallation and some part change as suggested by the service guy.
Now a day, they have kept a blind eye on customer issues.
With in ** days, I have registered my complaint * times for leakage issue and installation and service was not done properly.
They have stopped responding.
Quite unprofessional behaviour neither they allow us to talk to a senior guy.
Most of the time they try to mint money...I will wait for today else will go to the Consumer forum
