i bought kent ro in november ****. i ordered it online from flipkart. it worked properly for * months only. after that it stopped working . then we called kent company and the they came for service. it stopped working again then. such kind of thing(working stopped) happened for *-* times. that even in last month they came * times for service. even we changed filters but again same happened. right now it is still not in working condition and we tried to contact flipkart they are not responding at all. please look into the matter.
