Every time I pay for postpaid connections and facing call and network issues . Every time they say that we have done this and that and close the complaint without asking us and from last *month I am unable to use the Internet and calls services that can be verified from customer log data as it’s postpaid connection. When I ask them to reopen this ticket then they say that you have to raise new request . This is complete case of Mental Harassment. And they don’t waive off the charges. Last time I have changed one of my number to other telecom operators due to this
