Purchased (April, * ****) an xbox game pass for ** months. How to redeemed the game pass (steps) was delivered in an envelope in which seller was supposed to activate the ** months code. But when I tried contacting with the seller there is no response. Since ** April, **** have raised multiple complaints with Flipkart customer support but they have failed to resolve the issue.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
