This mail is in reference to my Package of Thailand. We had an inclusion of * island tour in Krabi, but there was no one, to whom we could contact in Krabi, and we were not provided with the services of the * island tour. I received a message from the tour operator the day we were leaving Krabi, that there has been confusion, and they forgot to provide the tour service, and that we would be provided with the refund for the same. So would like to know, when can I get the refund for the same, and what would be the amount of refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
