I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my Aquaguard water purifier, for which I hold a *-year Gold AMC. A scheduled maintenance in November **** was never completed.
Additionally, I submitted a service request for water leakage on October *th through the app, but I have yet to receive any response or assistance. The contact number provided in the app is not connecting, further adding to my frustration.
Since renewing my AMC, I have not received any service, leading me to feel misled as a customer. If I do not receive a response within ** hours, I will be compelled to escalate this matter to the consumer court.
