I undersigned would like to bring to your kind notice that I owns the RO water purifier Model: Aquaguard Enhance NXT RO. Component ID: ********, Serial No: ****************. Iam using it since last more than two years under AMC. Recently my AMC was expired and I have bought new AMC Plan w.e.f. **.**.****.
Now I observed issue of low water with my machine and booked service request on dated **.**.**** and selected preferred Date for visit on **.**.****.
With a heavy heart I would like to say that it has been more than ** days have been passed but no one from service provider or from your organisation called or message me about this service request. I have called on Eureka Forbes customer care number thrice and taken follow up on said request and everytime I was assured to attend the same but till date no one has attended or atleast contacted me about my issue.
My mother is living alone at home and using this machine but since ** days she is drinking Normal water without RO Purification and It has negative effects on her health.
I am working far from home and it becomes difficult for me to visit when service personal comes so I booked preferred time slot when I can be available.
With this kind of worst service experience I faced I am in opinion that my AMC money ha shone in vain and I want to cancel my AMC and want my AMC money back.
This email is for your information and If my issue hasn't been resolved within a week time from the receipt of this mail, I am forced to register complaint with consumer forum / court to get compensation for my mental and physical agony which I faced till date and going to face in future.
