We have bought an AMC from Eureka Forbes online after there representative repeatedly persuade us to buy. We have registered a service complaint CM-******-******** and after chasing customer service, technician and service centre no help was provided.
Intact service centre informed since you have purchased the AMC online we are
Not responsible and AMC parts are not available and we will not able to help and it may take more than week to address your concern. We have not received any update
