I have booked kitchen deep cleaning for Saturday *th April ****. On Saturday I saw on the app that the slot has been rescheduled to Tuesday afternoon as the previous slot was unavailable. This was not communicated to me by Mail or Phone. I cancelled the booking as the time was not convenient for me & i was charged *** rupees as cancellation charges. I want to get a full refund from urban company and escalate the same issue
