Kent Ro Systems - Service problems and mental harassing

I have purchase a Kent Ro system for my residence at ****lane*bhagirathipuram Jakhan Dehradun but this machine started troubling. I contacted the authorised technician and he addressed my complaint and charged accordingly. But after few days it started troubling again, on my complaint other technician visited and he informed that there are two sediment filters inspite of the previous technician replacement on charges. Carbon filter was not provided. Later they replacedit with the membrane filter for which but appx more than five thousands had been charged. Only few days later the machine stopped working. On my personal calls one technician visited after four days of complaints and he informed that membrane had been faulty. And it has to replaced on charge but this part was within warranty period and I sent the receipt of latest bill on dated **-**-****.we have no other source of pure water as I am living on the top floor of a building. This has been the mental torchure for me that company is not providing services in time. Kindly instruct the company to replace my machine with a new one or pay back t
