pur. ref.: olx advertisement
veh. name.: mahindra rodeo (two wheeler)( second hand)
pur.: amt.: rs.*****/- ( cash purchase without bill)
date of purchase: **.**.****
with reference to the advertisement in olx, i have purchased the vehicle with the oral guarantee given by the manager & service people in mahindra showroom r.s.puram branch. soon after i visited the showroom & vehicle, a girl from the showroom frequently called for more than ** timed and convinced me to buy the vehicle. after buying it, within a week period of using the vehicle we realized that there was lot of problem like self-start problem, fuel tank problem, digital meter problem etc., we were totally disappointed about the vehicle, so that on **.**.**** we went to the showroom to return the vehicle, at that time the vehicle was used by us only **kms. (fuel expenses rs.***/- for **kms.) we talked to the manager he was ready to pay rs.*****/-, we argued to pay rs.*****/- or rs.*****/- he refused it. as we were from a middle class family all of a sudden we don’t want to loose rs.****/- for only using **kms. (we totally disappointed in that stage itself) in no other way we accepted their service. in the initial stages they rectified fuel tank problem & meter problem but self-start problem remained in the vehicle, when ever we asked about that they refused to rectify the problem, instead they misguided and blamed us. with their guidance we did something what they asked us to do, now digital meter in the vehicle is not working to rectify this they were charging rs.****/-with us, it all happened because of their misguidance. they always make communication problems & not even ready to hear our words. now the vehicle is in the sevice center of mahindra, most of the times the vehicle is in the service center, even then the service persons are not willing to rectify all the problems in the vehicle, the vehicle doesn’t satisfy the purpose of buying it, the manager and the service persons are not willing to hear our words & feelings, instead they were blaming us very badly. it gives me lot of mental pressure, we can’t concentrate in any other work other than this and it also affects my health too.

i kindly request you to go through the audio conversations completely & help me to overcome from all this mental pressure & stress.
