Mahindra - Lost Woofer Amp extremely Dissatisfied service Scratches

I left my car for a week at the Mahindra workshop in Jalandhar to repair an engine problem that had arisen immediately after the service. Yesterday, When I came to receive the vehicle, I checked all the accessories inside the and I discovered a woofer amp has disappeared and numerous scratches. I believe AMP has been taken by one of the workplace personnel, which is really disappointing given that this is my third visit to the company in a week as the labor is so inexperienced.I need my claim or I'll leave my car in Mahindra.
