Sir, I purchased a new Mahindra scorpio from Harbir automobile , Ind area , Chandigarh * years back, I have just driven * lac km . All the services and the work has been done from the Mahindra service centre on regular basis. I was driving the car in routine when the gear shaft had gone broken damaging the gear box , clutch plates and many more things. There was no warning sign . How can the gear shaft break in just * lac km. The car is getting repaired now in Mahindra automobile mohali . The total cost of the spare parts and work is around *****/- . Sir , how will i bear this cost when the car is new and has just driven * lac km . There was no warning or signal . This is very strange sir. The company should own responsibility of this.Kindly help sir. I shall be very thankful to you.
