We had booked Mahindra Thar on ** jun **** and have paid an advance amount of Rs ***** . We then decided not to go ahead with the purchase and had asked the pothens agency to refund the advance amount back to our respective account , where we were promised that the amount would be refunded to us in * months . But we still haven't received the amount . Tried going to the showroom but it was closed due to maintenance and all the numbers were unavailable .
