Sir,
I Purchased one Paytm Sound box for my shop with an amount of ****.First they set limit of **,*** and last ** days and iam trying to enhance the same and they asked for some documents that i submitted in the application minimum of ** times and for the concern i just called customer support one mrs. PREETHA Very rudely bahaves with me and she cut the call for ** times my main conern is paytm service is very pathetic and rudly.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
