Henry Harvin - Service not provided

I found out about henry harvin in August of this year, wanting to prepare for JLPT N* exams, I enrolled. After the enrollment, I recieved just one lesson, out of my promised lessons...I didn't recieve any more of the lessons. Even after contacting support multiple times, I was told to wait for ** hours without anything else. And each time, after I waited, there were no replies. And till date, I haven't been able to resume my lessons, the exams are on December *th, ****. On the day of me writing this, it was **th of October.
