Henry Harvin - Hard copy not dispatched despite paying Rs 500

Paid ***/- rupees * months back after passing my six sigma certification course. Sent them so many mails to dispatch my certificates and discussed number of times with customer representative of Henry Harvin. They say they have dispatched , will get the certificate in ** days. When asking tracking details they say , they do not have. When asked to refund my money back , they sa y that then can not redunf. Now I lost hope to get my certificate.
