Henry Harvin - Fraud and Scam with student

I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of my enrollment in the ACCA course and a full refund of all EMI installments debited to date.
​I enrolled in this program with the expectation of quality professional training. However, the service provided has been a massive disappointment for the following reasons:
​Lack of Quality: The teaching standards and course delivery are significantly below the professional level promised during the sales process.
​Poor Support: Despite my attempts to engage with the material, the lack of effective guidance has made it impossible to understand or progress in the curriculum.
​Misleading Claims: I was led to believe this would be a high-value educational investment.
​My Demands:
​Stop Future EMIs: Immediately notify the financing partner to cease all future monthly debits from my account.
​Full Refund: I request a refund of the total amount already debited to my account within * working days.
