I enrolled in Henry Harvin’s French Language Course (A*-B*) in June **** and paid ₹**,*** via UPI. During enrollment I was told classes would be conducted from *am-**am Monday to Friday. However after payment, my LMS showed an *:**pm schedule — directly contradicting what was agreed during enrollment.
I was never informed that an orientation session would take place prior to classes. The orientation was unannounced and I did not complete it. I have not attended any actual instructional classes or accessed any course content.
The following service failures occurred after payment:
*. Class schedule communicated during enrollment (*am-**am) was contradicted by the actual LMS schedule (*:**pm)
*. When I called student support to raise concerns, the call was disconnected with no callback
*. My assigned relationship manager was unresponsive despite repeated follow-ups
*. When I requested a refund via live chat, I was directed to a refund form link that does not exist
*. When I formally notified my withdrawal via WhatsApp, the message was read and ignored
*. Formal refund request emails were sent on three separate occasions — all within Henry Harvin’s own stated *-day refund window — with zero response received
Additionally, the relationship manager aggressively pursued and persuaded me to enroll in the course. Immediately after payment was made, she informed me she would be going on leave for *-* days. When I requested an alternate relationship manager in her absence, she agreed but never followed through. I received no briefing or guidance on how to access or navigate the LMS portal, leaving me completely uninformed about the course setup. Despite promising to get back to me at the earliest, she has continued to read and ignore my messages since enrollment.
This experience has caused significant financial and mental distress. I am seeking a full refund of ₹**,***.
