JIO FIBRE - Service not provided Mental torture No proper response from JIO

Hi Team,
I was having problem with my existing hathway cable connection and then suddenly met your JIO representative - Satish (**********) . He totally convinced me that they provide **hr service and there will be no issues . I only later realised he was just lying and selling a product and had no truth in him. I anyways took the connection and after one day , it stopped working. I called all the numbers but no response and no call back also.( **********/********** Raghu) . Then I called the JIO call center and registered a complaint . They promised me that next day morning * it will be fixed. Whereas when you sold the product you mentioned **hr service. Next day came and no one bothered to handle the call. I again called the above numbers and no response.I then requested for a full refund as I knew my mother who would be alone later cannot manage such kind of nonsense and calling everyday.

On **th Feb, they only refunded INR**** and are not willing to refund in full.

I have been really tortured by them for taking so long to resolve my complaint , no proper responses to my questions and even now not willing to give me my full refund.
I want them to be punished for this incompetence and carelessness towards customers.
