Online legal India - Service not provided in time

*. I paid the service charge on **th August, Monday at around * PM for legal support regarding a faulty laptop that I purchased.

*. As I did not got any response from the company, I sent an email on **st August morning. And still there was no response.

*. On the very same day, I again sent an email in the afternoon, warning them that, if they do not wish to reply, then they shall refund my money. Still I didn't got any response from their side.

*. I then initiated a phone call to their customer care service and enquired about it. After that also I did not got any call back from them or any lawyer.

*. I waited * days without disturbing them, waiting for their response, though I was the one who was suffering and for that only I asked for their help. But no one called or replied.

*. On *rd September, Friday, I contacted them over chat support. It was me who contacted again. Not them.

*. I requested to refund my money to that chat agent. His name was Mr. Afzal. I had the chat conversation with me.

*. That person forcefully assigned a lawyer for me though I repeatedly asked him not to do so and refund my money as it was too late.

*. After that in the evening of *rd September, I got an email from a lawyer and I refused to take the service in reply.

**. I further requested for the refund and today on **th September, they emailed me that refund is not possible after their internal investigation.
