I have checked in one of the oyo rooms from **th of april- **th of april.My concern is of the date **th april time *:**-*:** a.m. I have lodged complains to the oyo consumer helplines. But no action was taken after around **-** calls made or received.The concerned persons are not taking my issues seriously at all. I wanted a night refund for my booking as there was no power backup for * hours at night. But they want to settle for *** oyo money. I just wanted to lodge a complain in the consumer forum for compensation plus refund. My complain no. is - ******* and *******.

PS : I booked the oyo room seeing the power backup is provided. Late night at around *:** a.m. the normal power supply was cut and the generator that was kept outside was not started.After around half an hour we made a complain and the generator was started for around * minutes or less. We then made another complain to the oyo customer care and the authorised person said that they will resolve the issue in ** minutes and arrange a call back in ** minutes but I received a call around ** minutes after that when the normal power supply was back to normal. and since then they just booked complains with no actions taken in a serious way.My whole night was ruined.As my father was going to be admitted for an operation the next day it caused some serious problems to him while going to the washroom in the dark.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
