I have paid ****/- for car cleaning with GOETC on **/**/**** . I was not assigned any service and when i contacted customer care they told they are unable to provide the service and refund will be arranged in * weeks time, I have reminded them after * weeks that refund is not done. They told refund will be done but till date there is no refund, Unable to reach there support team also to discuss. i feel iam cheated by their service. I would like to request refund and penalty for the mental pain created.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
