Goetc Private Limited - Daily Car cleaning service not initiated by GOETC even after paying 2000 in Sep 2024

A copy of , few of the mails I have written to GOETC, to which no response was received.

**Dear Team GOETC,
With utter grief and resentment, this is to state that you fellows have been cheating me by making false claims and assurances regarding starting of the cleaning services for my Car.
Payment was made on **th Sep ****.

(The entire conversation starting from the first day is attached for your reference and now I am being forced to sue you fellows for this financial fraud.

I will ask consumer forum to take strict action against you fellows and I will make sure you have to pay for your deceitful business operations ).**

Dear Team GOETC,

This is really very disrespectful and abhorring,
None of your support centre numbers are responding to my calls.
With respect to my trailing mails , please see that an advance payment of Rs. ****/- was already taken from me for providing cleaning services in the month of September ****.
Still no one has contacted me neither any services have been started.
Even a refund was promised to me but I was befooled in that case also by your team.
This is really pathetic and seems to be a wilful misconduct from your side and a clear cut breach of the businesses ethics.

I will have to take some strict legal action against the fraudulent activities being carried out by you if this matter is not immediately resolved.
