I am writing to formally complain about GOETC following my disappointing experience with their car cleaning services. I paid in advance for these services, but after initially receiving a start date, I was later informed that the service is unavailable in my area. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support for a refund, I have not received any resolution. My calls to support go unanswered, and my messages on WhatsApp have also been ignored. This situation has left me feeling misled and has raised serious concerns about the company's integrity and business practices.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
