I am writing to formally complain about GOETC following my disappointing experience with their car cleaning services. I paid in advance for these services, but after initially receiving a start date, No one ever came for cleaning. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer support for a complain or refund, No body responded to whatsapp chat or their customer support number, i've dropped multiple emails to them, have not received any resolution. My calls to support go unanswered, and my messages on WhatsApp have also been ignored. This situation has left me feeling misled and has raised serious concerns about the company's integrity and business practices. Can you help me get the refund.
