Pathetic way to provide service to customer by Airtel Engineer.
Issue Facing:
*) Speed on LAN vary between ** mbps to ** mbps, however we applied for *** mbps
*) No Relationship Officer Assigned to us
*) Fiber Installation Guy name Kuldeep hasn’t verified the speed test before he left.
*) Landline number not activated at the time of Fiber Installation
*) DTH guy called me and ask for otp before visit or installation of DTH
*) Sales guy Roshan confirmed that Airtel had underground fiber cable in Sector *-** Hisar, however at the time of installation kuldeep told me that we only have fiber network on street pole to street pole
*) After raising complaint I am just getting multiple appointment as you can see above. Till now not get any call or engineer visit to resolve issue.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
