I have ordered for ortel Internet connection online on ortel website, an ortel agent named Bubu Biswa contacted me and asked me for advance of rupees **** INR, I paid him the amount and he gave me the receipt, he promised me the connection will be setup within * days and it’s been more than ** days they have done nothings despite of my several requests and communications, they are only giving false promises.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
