Hello,
myself subhrakanta Dash i am a customer of ortel cable service bearing membershp no-*******, yesterday(**.**.**) i tried to fix my channel list through their customer care executive over telephone by their given customer service no-********** from my personal no-**********. I called & interacted with their customer service executive near about *-* times in between at *.** pm to *.** pm. But none of them are able to give me proper service. Service is another fact even they are not able to give me proper data about channel price even i was educating them regarding that. And I interacted t*th time with one of their customer care executive named "Padmini at *.** pm. And as per her reply-
*. with rudely she was replying me
*. She replied me that, "if customer will ask the price of channel list to fix the channel near about * or ** channels over telephone then other customers are online. So we are not able to give that type service to you". And when I replied that, " you are the service provider sat over there to give all type of service to customers then why not you are providing. Then she replied me with rudeness that, "we cant help in this regard & if u want u may come to office"
I just wanted to know that, what is this worst type behavior, did i call her for time pass or to interact my personal issues.
Not only they are doing like this with me, but also i heard some of my friends/causine/relatives that, this is their dailly type service. Servide providing is very worst along with irritating most of the customers.
please look into the above matter.
