Ortel Communication Limited - Internet not working

I am writing to lodge a complaint against ORTEL group, Bhubaneswar. I have been a subscriber of their internet services since July ****. However, there have been several blackouts of their services since the last month for *-* days, and now, I am unable to harness their service for *th consecutive day, and even though I pay a monthly rent of INR ***.**, the service I get from them is hardly ** days. I have e-mailed them several times and I have also contacted their customer care. I also apprised them of the fact that if they do not repair my connection, I will be forced to lodge a complaint with the higher authorities of customer service, only to be abused back by them after having said that. I am requesting you to please take some punitive action against them so that I can overcome this dismay.
I also pay all my Ortel internet bills on time, as has been attached, but still, I do not get any of their services.
