My membership no. Is ******* . I am a consumer of Ortel Communication which is a internet provider. According to them they will resolve my complain with in ** hours. But after * days my complain still pending. And in a month i use internet only for ** days the rest ** days is no service. After several complains still no result. They just do not care about costumers problem they just need money every month. No one is listening to me not the costumer care neither their head Officers. I am paying money for nothing.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
