I have registered with Airtel Secure plan, which is a handset insurance plan from accidental and liquid damages. I complain about the repairment of my phone which was accidentally damaged. They said to upload the document on the website for verification where I tried a lot to upload but no uploading. Now they are neither giving any response since three days nor providing any solution where to upload or send the documents necessary for verification.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
