Adheep filed complaint against Yatra on Mar 29, 2022
Booked two hotel rooms in bangalore on **th march ****. Checkin was on **th march. However hotel denied admission to my family saying they are closed for renovation. Contacted yatra regarding this. They said will resolve as soon as possible. However no response from them now. The number they have provided in their app is useless. They have a number listed in the website which says covid situation blah blah, sorry for inconvienience and all. In short no ways of contacting them. They have not initiated the refund or anything. Not even an apology from their side. Reached the hotel at night around *pm along with my wife and * year old son and was denied room. However the matter is handled very casually by them and their executives.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
