Tenzing filed complaint against PayTM on Jul 26, 2020
I made a payment through payTM to another user as the user confirmed me of providing a service. The user forced me to use payTM and told me to do the payment. As soon as i did my payment the user blocked me. I asked the customer care of payTM for help but not even a single help was received from them. So i was forced to lodge a complaint here in Voxya..
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
