I have made booking on **st of March for * BHK I visited on the same day I noticed that there are many problems in the flat like cleaning, coackroaches, bathroom leakage and many more. I informed sales person regarding all the problems he promised over the phone that all problem will be resolved before your possession you just make the payment so I made the payment before making the payment I asked him multiple times that I want possession before *pm he told yes everything will be ready so I made the payment but on *st april it wasn’t clean from I start doing follow up regarding the same he mentioned come around *pm it will be ready so I called him Than he mentioned by *pm it will be ready when I visited it wasn’t ready so I informed him regarding the same and I was very frustrated as I was looking on immediate bases and it wasn’t ready so he made me talk his GM yogesh and he doesn’t know how to talk with the customer he was very rude and giving the example like have you ever visited * star hotel there also you have to wait **min before checkin wait for ** min everything will be ready so waited for more than * hrs house keeping person came and just clean the house but yet there was so many cockroaches I asked him to do something and there was other person also who took my signature on the agreement I asked him also for the same he mentioned tomorrow morning (* April ****) pest control and everything will be done but it wasn’t and we couldn’t sleep on *st april night as there was so many cockroaches all over the bed and sofa and we are so frustrated we can’t even tell we again informed sales person he told it will be done today I have informed concern team but it wasn’t done till * pm I start calling him till * pm he told it will be done in ** Min for next * hrs than he made me talk to his senior manager shared some number all number are switched off at that time now around *pm on *st of April he told you have to wait for * days now tell where we should go and sleep as we have office on *rd of april and cleaning will be done on *th so till than what we should do. Cockroaches all over the bed walking on us who will be responsible if we got sick or any health issue it’s very unprofessional.
