Selvan filed complaint against KTM on May 29, 2019
I left my ktm duke *** for service on Feb *st week of **** at KTM Kattupakkam(poonamallee) service centre due to engine problem. On **/**/**** after finding the issue in the bike, i paid an advance of *****rs. My bike is not serviced yet and delivered, Today's date is **/**/****. It is already *.* months and still i didn't receive the bike. There is no proper response from the team. Commitment for delivering the bike is not given and even if there is a day committed for delivery, it is not honored. As a working individual it is hard for me to survive without the bike. Kindly help in resolving this issue
