Bharath simha reddy filed complaint against Act Fibernet on Jul 16, 2019
I paid the amount on *th July for new connection and where the Act Team promised the service will active within ** hours. I am fed-up with the team by calling daily *-* times and escalating in customer service also mailed to Nodal officer about my issue. There is no response and no resolution. Still customer care executive is saying give ** hours time. Where this is the time they took me every day till * July ****. Even they not bothered about the customer and cheating such away. Kindly resolve my issue.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
