Priyanka Kedia filed complaint against GTPL on May 14, 2020
Dear sir,
I want to draw your attention towards poor quality of service provided by GTPL, Kolkata.Kindly note that i have contacted my local cable operator( Amit with phone number : **********) with issue of poor quality of service of cable( Many channels are not coming as per my package) , however, there has been no positive response from him to fix the above issue. He keeps on insisting to change the cable at my cost which i feels unacceptable as providing and maintenance of service is total responsibility of cable operator. Already, in Tata Sky Limited vs Kamla Lall (RP No **** of ****, decided on January **, ****), the apex consumer court has made it clear that DTH operators who provided deficient service will have to compensate the consume.
Please look into the above matter with top priority and do the needful immediately.
