Raised a complaint regarding TV on *-Jul-**** to TCL Customer care. The very next day service engineer came to our house and mentioned panel was gone and he needs to raise a order for new panel as he can't repair it. After constant calls with call center & local service center. They mentioned it will take atleast one & half month to get the new panel. Till now there is no update and local service center stopped answering our calls. We still stuck with faulty TV. When the last time we spoke to a local repair/replacement head in Visakhapatnam. He mentioned we have lot of pending cases similar to this. So it will take more time to get it done. Raised a complaint on consumer forum (grieveance no: *******) and they directed to lodge a complaint to district consumer forum
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
