Tcl Iffalcon - Selling inferior tv by iffalcon TCL

Hi there,
I ordered my iffalcon **inch K*A tv on **th October ****.
After ** months of usage, my remote stopped working so lodged a complaint regarding replacing it which they replaced with another one, not the one that comes with tv. At the time of checking remote by service engineer, my tv screen started flickering so service person told me that your power board needs replacement lodge a new complaint about it so I lodged a new complaint about screen flickering on **th September ****.
After lodging, a complaint service guy came with a power board that was not in a company sealed-box as it should be a replacement part.
It was fully open who knows if it was tempered?
When asking about the open part he told me that it comes directly from the company like this only.
So he replaced my power board and started a to check the tv again but still the same issue persists so he said your screen needs to get replaced lodge another complaint I was pissed by this time after ** months of usage my remote replaced, my power board replaced and now my screen needs replacement so what is left in tv.
What kind of inferior products they are selling to Indian customers.
So I called their customer care number and emailed to the registered email address to replace my entire tv or refund my money.
They never replied to my emails and my calls to the customer center gets disconnected by executive after holding * to * minutes on hold.
So out of frustration I lodged a consumer complaint in national consumer forum against them and emailed the same with customer complaint no to their registered email address but still no reply via email.
They don't answer emails their customer care executives hangs up the phone, they don't have registered postal address how a consumer can contact them.
So I went to their site again and they have a live chat box which is operational only * to * hours during the workings hours and * days a week.
Initially, they asked me the same questions again and again. Then I demanded to talk to their senior level manager regarding my issue and also said to them that I have launched a consumer complaint against them.
Then after so much struggle, I got to talk to Sumeet Dikshit and Wasim from iffalcon social media team and then he said I will replace your tv and I have escalated your case.
He sends again the same service executive and this time he threatens to close my case without solving it.
I then told him to try it and said I will launch a fraud case again in addition to a consumer complaint.
Today is **th October **** and they are just replying we have escalated the issue but in reality, they are doing nothing about my case.
They don't give a damn about consumer complaint that I have filed against them on national consumer forum.
Now I am out of my patience as for one month I am not able to watch the tv nor I am getting any replacement tv.
I really want to teach them a lesson. I don't want replacement tv nor I want screen replaced they are just making fool out of customers by selling inferior products to Indian customers and duping them and taking their hard-earned money.
I even offered them to refund my money whatever amount they think suitable as a refund as I don't want to use their inferior product but no response from their part.
I really need your help in this case as I have all the chat transcripts, call logs and email communications with TCL.
I have already lodged a consumer complaint now I want to file a case against them need your help, please.
