instead of multiple requests raised with customer care, my complaint was never been addressed (IN************,IN************). TV is under warranty period (less than year), bought on aug **th **** mother board issue and even after multiple replacements by service technician it is not fixed. Now a am worried about my product.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
